Pregnancy Yoga Day Workshop - for Expectant Mothers 10am-3pm Friday 4th October 2019

Welcoming mums-to-be from 14 weeks onwards to join Alice Cliff, yoga teacher and mum of two, for an informative and relaxing day of yoga for pregnancy.

Entirely suitable for those who have not yet experienced the wonders of yoga practice as well as for those yoginis who wish to adapt their usual yoga practice to help during this special time of your life.
