Term Time Yoga Classes

Classes size maximum of 5 held in my yoga room in Polebrook, Nr Oundle.

All Abilities - 9:30-10.45am Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

For students who may be complete beginners or have attended classes for several years - all welcome! Postures are modified, and props used to make postures more accessible or alternative postures are given as appropriate. Those who wish to take their practice further are encouraged to explore the practice more deeply.

Block Bookings or drop in*.  School term times only. Please bring a mat if you have one. Block of 6 classes £48. Drop in £10. *pre-booking essential for both block booking and drop in. Contact me for booking details.


Yoga to Unwind and Rest - 9.30-11.30am Fridays

The perfect end to the week. For those in need of time to unwind and rest... Gentle restorative style of yoga practice including breathing exercises, warm ups and supported yoga posture work with no exertion required at all... Ideal to reduce stress, promote recovery from illness, to stop "doing" and take time for "being"...in a warm room with underfloor heating... leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated like taking a trip to the spa... 

This session can be privately booked for exclusive use for parties who are looking for a special treat with friends.

Weekly booking by end of Thursday. School term times only, weekly pre-booking essential. Contact me for booking details. All equipment provided. £18. 


I reserve the right to refuse entry to any student who has not arranged attendance by prior agreement.

5 students maximum in each class. Block booking students take priority over drop in bookings.

Refunds will not be issued due to a missed class by the student.

If a class is cancelled by the organiser refunds or carry overs will be offered to students.
