Yoga Basics Course - 9:30-10.45am

For those who wish for an introduction to the hatha yoga practices from first principles, primarily comprising posture work with detailed instructions. During each block students are introduced to a range of basic postures (don't worry no headstands in this class!!!). You can choose to come to one block or continue attending term after term as each class and block is different.
Pregnancy/Antenatal Yoga Course - evenings

From 14 weeks to 40 weeks, yoga for the expectant mother techniques to equip expectant mothers for the journey though pregnancy, birth and postnatally. A typical session will include suitability adapted yoga postures with movement, breathwork, sounding, birthing postures and a relaxation to end...bliss. Also including labour simulations, meditations and visualisation techniques for birthing.
Drop in Mixed Ability Yoga Class - 9.30-10.30am
Polebrook Village Hall. Drop in only. £8 each *** FOR JANUARY ONLY*** half price if you bring a friend (£4 each) school term times only, starting back January 10th.. no need to book. please bring a mat if you have one.
This means students attending may be complete beginners or have attended classes for several years - all welcome! Postures are modified and props used to make postures more accessible or alternative postures are given as appropriate. Those who wish to take their practice further are encouraged to explore the practice more deeply.
