Term Time Yoga Classes

Classes size maximum of 5 held in Polebrook, Nr Oundle.

Please note that each of these classes are designed to cater for students with similar requirements. Even in a class each student will have varying abilities and so the use of props and modifications are encouraged where appropriate. Please choose your class according to suitability for you rather than when you can come to class. I can always let you know about other local teachers if my class times do not work for you (for example I am unable to offer evenings at the moment). Or I am available for 1 to 1 sessions at other times.


Yoga for Beginners  9:30am - 10:45am

For those who have not tried yoga and want an introduction to the hatha yoga. Working on increasing strength and flexibility as students become familiar with the basic yoga postures e.g. basic forward, back and side bends, semi inversions hip and chest openers. Also introducing breathing techniques. Students may wish to progress from this class into Level 1 class as experience is gained or move into the Gentle Yoga Class if they wish to experience a slower paced class than Level 1.


Level 1 (Beginner - Improver)  9:30am - 10:45am

A more challenging class than the Beginners class, although able bodied beginners may join. Exploring classic yoga postures including some vinyasa flowing sequences work, and standing postures to work on deepening strength and flexibility. Students may wish to progress from this class into Level 2 class over time or move to the Gentle yoga class if this class is too challenging.


All Classes are Block Bookings or drop in.  School term times only. Please bring a mat if you have one. Block of 6 classes £48. Drop in £10. Pre-booking essential. Contact me for booking details.

Terms & Conditions 

Students will be required to fill out a confidential health form prior to class participation. 

Students are required to check with their health practitioner that yoga is suitable for any medical concerns.

I reserve the right to refuse entry to any student who has not arranged attendance by prior agreement.

5 students maximum in each class. Block booking students take priority over drop in bookings.

Refunds will not be issued due to a missed class by the student.

If a class is cancelled by the organiser refunds or carry overs will be offered to students.
